02What we collect
Details you give us through our forms or by email and phone: name, work email, phone number, company and the content of your message.
If you subscribe to our monthly briefing: your email address.
Technical data that every web server records, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security purposes.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and take steps before a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To send the monthly briefing you asked for, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To keep our website and systems secure, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
04Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It works without storing anything on your device beyond what your browser keeps by itself.
05Who we share it with
Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Certification bodies only when you enroll in a course that leads to their exam, and only with your knowledge.
We keep personal data within the European Economic Area. If a provider ever transfers data outside it, we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to two years after our last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Training records: as long as required by certification bodies and accounting law.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to info@vuldoser.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
